Shipping if you stay in the city
- Shipping and packaging.
- The Weighted Buddy will be delivered to the shipping address in a city or town and will take one to five working days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
- The cost is calculated based on the weight and size of the package.
Shipping if you stay outside the city (farm, rural area, etc.)
- Shipping and packaging.
- The Weighted Buddy will be delivered to the shipping address outside a city or town, like a farm or in a rural area, and it will take one to five working days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
- Hospitals, power stations, mines, and other premises that are hard to reach for the courier company also fall into this category.
- The cost is calculated based on the weight and size of the package.
Product returns and exchanges:
At Weighted Buddies, our top priority is your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at herman@weightedbuddies.co.za within three days of receiving your Weighted Buddy.
If you would like to exchange your Buddy for a similar item or return it for a refund, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will send you another Buddy of your choice, with the same weight and in the same price range.
