- The customer will collect their Weighted Buddy at the following address:

- Please contact Herman to arrange the collection.
Shipping if you stay in the city
- Shipping and packaging are included for deliveries within a city or town.
- The Weighted Buddy will be delivered to the specified shipping address within 1–5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package.
Shipping if you stay outside the city (farm, rural area, etc.)
- Shipping and packaging are available for deliveries to addresses outside a city or town, such as farms or rural areas.
- The Weighted Buddy will be delivered to the specified shipping address within 1–5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- This category also includes deliveries to hospitals, power stations, mines, and other locations that may be difficult for the courier company to access.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package.
Worry Buddy Shipment
Please select this option only if you have purchased a Worry Buddy. The Worry Buddy is shipped in an envelope, which is not suitable for a standard-sized Buddy. Regular Weighted Buddies will not fit in this packaging.
Product returns and exchanges:
At Weighted Buddies, our top priority is your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at herman@weightedbuddies.co.za within three (3) days of receiving your Weighted Buddy to initiate a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Process: If you would like to exchange your Buddy for a similar item or return it for a refund, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
- For an Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you another Buddy of your choice with the same weight and in the same price range.
- For a Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
