At Weighted Buddies, our top priority is your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at herman@weightedbuddies.co.za within three (3) days of receiving your Weighted Buddy to initiate a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process: If you would like to exchange your Buddy for a similar item or return it for a refund, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.

  • For an Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you another Buddy of your choice with the same weight and in the same price range.
  • For a Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
