Product Returns and Exchanges
At Weighted Buddies, our top priority is your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at herman@weightedbuddies.co.za within three days of receiving your Weighted Buddy.
If you would like to exchange your Buddy for a similar item or return it for a refund, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us at 58 Waterhouse Rd, Benoni North, Benoni Gauteng, 1501.
Once we receive the item, we will send you another Buddy of your choice, with the same weight and in the same price range, or refund you the amount of the Buddy.
